    But most of the time I practise the ‘mindfulness of in-and-out breathing’ meditation. I find it quiet easy and very calming. I am still young (14) so I’m quite busy, but are there any easy meditation techniques that I could try out?

    I often get terrible physical stagefright when doing assignments infront of class in college. I realized that always right before I present I can tell my heartrate is going through the roof to where I can barely talk and my hands shake violently. I think most of my problem with this is physical so if I did a meditation technique before class or something just before my presentation it would help. Any ideas?

    certain People just really tick my nerves and it would be best to stay calm an not worry about no little girls gaining courage off the internet all knowing words will not be spoken to my face. So you wanna keep acting like a little child, you do that. You already know who im talking to. Im too grown for this a you probably will never see me a day in you life.I didn’t get to see your answer and i don’t have time. So it’s whatever. I really need some meditation techniques.     Ive been doing deep meditation techniques to do astral projection and when i do start to get there ill feel like a wavy sensation in my legs then my whole body? is the vibration state? like my body feels likes its moving back a forth but not fast. and when i was in it a little bit ago i felt like a jolt upwards but thats all maybe my astral body started to come out but couldnt? any tips anyone?

    After running a distance my concentration and focus goes out the door from the normal pains of pushing your body another mile. Is there a way to practice a meditation technique that will help me put my mind at ease and focus when the going gets tough? Not a religion just a meditation technique I can use during the run!

    I am 17 years old and have Aspergers Syndrome, suffer from frequent depressive episodes and have severe social anxiety which prevents me from going out alone. A few years ago I tried mefitation and it made me feel so much better, however the constant conflicting ways that I heard meditation should be carried out made me quit as I felt I wasnt doing it right. That and my low moods got the best of me and I became lazy. However I have recently started feeling really low again and want to start again once and for all. I need clear instructions on what I should do. I enjoy meditating in dim light, sat on my bed with normal cross legged, with my eyes shut whilst listening to quiet peaceful music but ive heard many theories that go against all those things. I also seem to find it hard to breathe in through my nose and out through my mmouth. I seem to only be able to breathe through my mouth. What should I do? Help appreciated!

    Also, people who purely take to meditation to get rid of various physical and mental problems – in secular terms – also face problems of concentration and poor ‘meditation’ impact. All their initial hopes often is reduced over few weeks, though many do not confide outside their close pals.

    What are the major reasons for the failure of the efforts to achieve concentration in meditation? Practicing yogi’s please advice. thanks.
