    I would like to know if another employee (not management) can look at a write up given to another employee or if another employee can look at personnel files. A friend’s seventeen year old daughter was writtten up because she called off within the three hour mandatory window. Her aunt needed emergency surgery out of state and the family had to go see the family member. Her daughter received the write uo and when she refused to sign it was told another employee was going to sign it and sure enough she did. Any information?

    I’ve just had my second interview with the GM and Chipotle, and he said to come in on Saturday with an appetite to eat and meet with the crew. Apparently the crew has a say in who does or does not get hired

    I just don’t know how to dress for this?!
    I’ve been coming in in dress pants and cute button down shirts and wedges.. Should I dress down or keep dressing this way?

    If it helps all of the employees and management are young and laid back, none of them over 25 id say

    I’m technically a recruiting intern but I’ve always wanted to pursue HR. I have learned a lot about HR at my internship stuff like termination, I-9, Onboarding, employee management files, etc.

    My official title is Recruiting intern…I was wondering if you think it’s a bad idea to ask my mentor if I can add HR/Recruiting intern. I feel that adding HR as a key word in my title will be eye catching to future positions

    My husband has two jobs. One company (where he has his full-time job) recently made it known throughout the various departments that no employee in management should have a job with a competing company. His part-time job happens to be with a competing company, but not in a management position. We are eliminating our debts, but at this point, we depend strongly on his two checks. I also work part-time and go to school. Is it realistic to fear them discovering him if he decides to continue on working at both jobs?

    I want to issue each of my employees their own url to use when they are sending email marketing, social media or other incidences where they may have the ability to drive some traffic back to my company. ie. http://employeeID.mycompany.com
    The reason is I want to be able to track which of my employees is driving traffic and reward them appropriately.

    Any ideas on how to set something like this up?

    I want to know if there is a book out there some where or a website where I can look up info on how to do an employee eval pertaining to the medical field specifically medical assistance. I have a book on performance reviews ingeneral and that’s good but I want something more specific to the health care field. Any sugestions are greatly appreciated!!

    Why should you teach your employees the importance of personal financial management????What are some creative ways of doing this????

    I think that when you teach people the importance of personal finance management it makes a better work enviroment… It also helps keep stress out of the work enviroment…
