    I want to be able to have a blog somewhat like perez hiltons.The problem is when I have an image and text the whitespace around the article maybe to big or small.I want to have some kind of code that when I type up an article the whitespace will automatically adjust.Is there some type of PHP code to do this.
    I dont want to use wordpress for my site for many reasons.Im creating my site now but I would like a way around this issue.

    I want to build upper body muscle mass. I know that the best workouts for building muscle mass are high weight/low rep type workouts, but what kind of weekly workout should I do?

    Should I do one day of benching and curls with 3 sets of 5 reps, then the next day do something like triceps and squats with same amount of sets and reps and repeat these two processes throughout the week?

    I do not have access to a gym, only a weight bench where I can bench and do arm/leg curls and squats. Not sure what other kind of excercises I can do with this setup.

    I’m ashamed to say that I’m the least motivated person out of the people I know. I procrastinate all of the tasks I’m given up to the last minute. Instead of doing the work, I just do things that interest myself such as instead of writing an essay for 3 weeks, saving it for the night before it’s due and reading books and articles and sleeping.

    Any suggestions to self discipline myself? I’ll eventually get everything done, just waiting until 2am isn’t cool anymore.

    “Can we win the league? I think so but there are other teams that are very capable of winning it – Chelsea, United, Arsenal, Manchester City.

    “We can’t set ourselves objectives. We all want to win the league but right now it is not a realistic objective.”

    Is it futile for me to preach to people who believe the media 100% except when it is against their club? Why do people believe such BLATANT selective quoting?

    I get c’s , c-‘s, and c+’s. For next year (grade 10) I’m gonna try to get all A’s, I didn’t try that hard at the beginning of the year and now I am so that’s why I’m setting a goal for next year because it’s like impossible to get all A’s at the end of this year.     I know HTML, and if you show me a webpage, I can replicate it with HTML.

    But I want to set up my own webpage, and I have no idea what to do and where to start. Right now it’s just a big blank white page! I can’t think of how to lay it all out and what to put in it!

    Any suggestions?
    BTW, I’m not talking about the technical aspects like where to get a domain or hosting, etc. I mean I can’t figure out what it’s supposed to look like.

    I know that’s its a pretty gross illness but honestly the pain is unreal, I’ve been practically living in the bathroom for the past two hours -_-

    Nothing stops the spasms or pain in my gut, I have numerous food allergies too that set it off, I hate not being able to eat normally.

    I used to massage my stomach but I need a proper solution.

    This is for a campaign website for the Nov ’06 election. Ideally, we’d like as simple a webmaster interface as possibe. We’re looking to have an image gallery, email contacts through the URL, and pages that dynamically publish when new pages are added. For instance, when an article is published in the “news” section, the title would automatically update on the front page. Same for blog entries. The goal is to set it up with semi-professional help, and then let a novice operate day-to-day.

    I’ve been working out more and more. But I haven’t been eating more. I generally eat less than 2,000 calories a day.

    I’m 6’2″, 180 lbs. Daily I ride 10 miles on a bike, run a mile, 2 max sets of hindu pushups. 2 max sets of situps and 3 sets of 10 pull ups.

    I know conventional wisdom says I need to eat like 9 meals a day of a dozen fruits, nuts, and what not to get up to probably 3k calories per day. But could this be wrong?

    Basically, I feel great, have very good energy (great energy when I get red meat) and I look great too.

    Has there ever been any research into this? Does anyone have any personal experience or know the effects of such behavior?

    So i was accepted to kansas state for mechanical engineering in october. I know it is going to be hard and i am ready to work hard to achieve my goals but i have a problem, i am not the person you would think would become an engineer. In high school i am not a stellar math student and i didnt do well in chemistry. The reason i didnt do well in the chemistry is because i didnt apply myself i didnt listen so i suffered and same with the math until i started really trying to do well. I know the help and tutoring at k state is great but will the help be enough when i need it? I am going to stick with my major and see it through i just want to know how much work i will be doing.

    I know intelligence is something were born with and that it’s hereditary. However, if somebody is a genius, does that mean they were born with a higher number of neurons or biochemicals in their brain that cause them to be so smart? There was an article in my local paper recently about a 12 year old boy that’s enrolled in high school and is even taking some college math classes! What does his brain have that most of ours don’t? And do you think somebody who’s a genius is lucky to be so smart? Thanks!

    I have a good idea that is community friendly. Not as in the neighborhood, but geared towards a specific group.
    I know I need to get a domain. I know some code, but I also read somewhere that using HTML is old school and most people don’t start a website with that anymore. Do I need to learn CSS and tons more HTML types? That confused me.
    I also do not want to use those websites that provide you with ready made templates.
    I want to know how I can start a website from scratch. It’s a long term goal. I am not expecting an up and running site in the year. haha.

    I know that “abdominal exercises” is a bit of an umbrella term and that this question is very common – but i’m fully commited to it. Recently my chiropractor instructed me to do 30 push ups a night to align the muscles in my back (or something along those lines) and i’ve kind of incorporated this into a fitness routine.

    I do my 30 push ups a night (i’m seeing good results already) which i’ve been doing for about 2 months now, and i’ve been doing 3 sets of 15 sit ups. I’ve read some conflicting arguments about sit ups, some claim they work, some clain they don’t, etc etc… I feel the burn, but no noticeable results yet.

    I’m a pretty skinny guy, 140 lbs and 6’3″ and I hardly have any fat on my stomach, so i’m hoping it shouldn’t take too long to see some results. Any suggestions for home exercises to target that 6 pack i’m looking for? Thank you!

    I read a lot of articles on the Internet but they make me procrastinate even more.
    Do you have any personal tips for stopping this, things that trigger your motivation? Fancy stuff usually makes us procrastinate even more at the moment, like setting goals. That’s long term and it takes self discipline, what about quick and now?

    right now, i am entering a phase of rebirth. i will be transfering to a new school after only a semester at this one (so i’ll still be a freshman), so basically i’ll be there in january. i am also setting goals that i MUST meet by that time and that involves beating my anxiety. any tips on what i should do to meet this goal?

    I’ve come across articles and books that say “write your goal in present tense as it has already happened” … ie “I earn $100,000 per year” and “I now own a BMW M5”

    but this doesnt make complete sense to me…personally, If i wrote a goal that said “I will earn $100,000 per year” and “I will own a BMW M5” that actually motivates me to work on something to make it happen, right? i would have to make a plan to make that happen…

    how does having the goal in present tense make me pursue and work hard for it if i already have it? this confused me. i’d love your input. thanks..

    Does anybody else read a lot of self-improvement articles online? I do on a constant basis. I have OCD so I forget the info and sometimes re-read the articles. It takes a lot of time. What’s worse is that I don’t apply the strategies I learn and I keep on reading articles. Should I stop? It definitely causes a lot of stress in my life…

    We have to do an activity for my class where we set personal goals in three different categories: this month, the next six months, and the next year or later. I am a senior girl in high school and pretty much all of my goals are useless, ridiculously low, too short term, too long term, just plain weird, or too personal to write down for a class assignment that my teacher will probably read, and possibly some of my classmates might read as well. Sure, I can put “keep my grades up” on the list but there are seventeen lines to fill per time period and I really need some suggestions for what to write, or at least what kind of thing to write. Help?

    i have recently joined a gym and i would like to do a half marathon in June 2013? i am only 18 and am overweight, i can run about 4km at a slow rate on the treadmill, but am willing to train almost everyday for it….. is this realistic and if so how shall i build it up with a realistic increase of running/training. also any tips on helping me along or tips on when to start running on the road will be much appreciated….

    Okay, so basically i’m not comfortable at my current weight and size, that and i don’t think it’s too healthy either. anyways, i’m currently at 185 lbs. i’m about 5’5″/5’6″ and 17 years old… oh and female, if gender makes a difference. anyways, we’re having a family reunion on the 31st of july in 2010 (next year of course) and i want to look better than i do. i want to get down to at least 135 by then, my complete goal is to get down to 120 eventually. anyways, i need some suggestions tips and guides on how i should go about doing this. like what exercises would be good to do in the morning when i wake up, and go to bed, and do during the day if i have time. whats good to eat, maybe good meals to make with stuff i could already have to home. like an exercise plan or something i don’t know… i just know i need help haha.

    I find it kind of funny that NZ and AUS always criticize the Springboks for playing “ugly rugby” by kicking drop goals and claim that the Springboks acquire cheap points by doing so. Now all of a sudden it’s okay?

    What is your take on this?

    Jessica – So you are of the opinion that every team should adapt to AUS and NZ style rugby? Any other style of play is cheap in their opinion.

    I’ve started writing goals so many times only to discard them and start all over again because I don’t get a feeling day by day that I’m getting anywhere. I don’t have a problem setting a goal such as “I will be more confident socially” for example, but I need to know how do I break this down, because for your goals to work you need to be able to work towards them every day don’t you? If anyone could suggest any techniques for breaking down goals I would be eternally grateful. Thank you

    … Im typing up this thing about how Planning is essential to Goals.

    Meaning that a Goal is worthless unless there is a Plan
    Goals therefor are no longer goals if they are planless. Goals become wishes with no set path in achieving these wishes.

    Id like to know what else i can say about people who have goals but do not plan things.

    Any ideas?

    i can get the little dialogue box open and then i have the first cell, the value I want, and then another cell, but whenever i click okay, another dialogue box comes up saying “cell must contain a formula” but the articles i looked at on how to do it don’t say anything about a formula
