Is it legal for college management to spy on students web activities? In my college we use a common wifi. The management knows everything from the websites visited, time spent on the internet, files downloaded etc….

    Is that legal?

I live in an estate of about 50 house that each contribute to communal maintained common areas and abide by various convenants. I have asked if I am able to change the facade of my house and the director has refused me permission. I know that most of my neighbours would not mind at all (and at least two houses have altered their houses in the way I would like to do). Surely it should be a majority opinion of the estate rather than the decision of the director and his co-director? Any suggestions anyone?
I was aware of all the restrictions and covenants but I can’t believe the decision is solely just in this mans hands. I have politely asked at the AGM and I thought he would ask all neighbours opinions – 7 months on and I am still no further despite repeat visits to ask on his progress – all in the most polite manner of course!

Where does one can take courses in how to manage Learning Management System (LMS)?
Although Moodle is popular for school setting, I need to learn LMS that is used in corporate/enterprise level. I have background in IT and education and would like to get a job in e-learning trainer.
I know these software are not hard to learn but I need hands-on experience, more than just playing around w/ it. But can’t seem to find a schools/professional programs that offer any classes.

I live in Vancouver, Canada but can travel as far as California if there is any good program.

    Any advice is appreciated.

What is the ratio of machine guns like the M249 and M240 compared to assault rifles like the M16/M4?

Is it true that there is 1 M249 for every 3-5 infantry men? What about the M240 GPMG? How common are those?

After reading “The Tragedy of the Commons”, I personally think that Hardin’s thesis is that management is the only way to prevent the tragedy of the commons (resource depletion). Do you guys think that this is an appropriate thesis? If so, how does Hardin prove his thesis throughout the article? If not, what would be a better thesis?

If you haven’t it is basically a British “charity” which is funded with contributions and it’s trying to stop democracy in Britain, but by still keeping it democratic. This is going to sound ridiculous, but they’re basically brainwashing people into thinking certain things. It’s been going on since 1989, and it employs certain people who have important management roles in government, including MPs, heads of education, NHS ect, and they go on a training programme which subtly tells them certain things, for example, immigration in UK is bad and it should be completely stopped, and they do it in such a way that the even if the person thinks immigration is good, they will change their opinion, then because of their high role in society they can influence others to think the same. Also, with the referendum that’s coming in a few years about whether Britain should stay with the EU or leave it, they’re letting the public vote, however; common purpose, MP’s and David Cameron are all putting it in your head that leaving the EU is a terrible idea, and they say that the public will make the right decision and that they can trust the public, then they tell the public that leaving the EU is the wrong decision and they should stay, therefore the public will vote to stay in the EU.

If you search ‘common purpose’ the website that they made makes it seem like a very positive organisation but if you search for ‘common purpose exposed/uncovered’ it says a very different, and true side of what it is. People are even describing it as a cult.

So, what is your opinion on this?
There is no king or queen of England, England is part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The current Queen of the United Kingdom is Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip who has the title of the Duke of Edinburgh. He is not entitled to be called a King.

So I messed up really bad at work today…I caused about $100 worth of loss. I work for a shipping/copy/print place.

It was partially my fault, but partially the customers fault…they proofed the work I was supposed to do….but I should have realized a major error, which they didn’t see either.

But I noticed this a lot in everything I do…I have absolutely no common sense…I overlook things and can’t think….other employees call me “stupid” and management won’t give me complicated tasks to complete.

I’m not stupid, I’ve already been accepted into a ph.d program and haven’t even finished my undergrad yet…….but I would trade it all for some common sense.

Please help me, what should I do? Why do I have no common sense? Any thoughts on ways to improve myself.
    Maybe Shae….

But I don’t really want to be book smart…I just want to be like everyone else.
